On-Line reservation requests will not be attended on weekends. Monday through friday only. Please Note: This is not an official reservation. Do to the high amount of e-mails / reservations through this medium, it may be possible the your request will not be answered in time or at all. The most efficient way to contact us or reserve is by telephone.

Minimum Stay During High Season

Please note that there is a two night mimimum stay from April 1st through October 31th on weekends.

To Guarantee Your Reservation

Reservation Guarantee Deposit:
A credit card/check deposit equal to the registration charges for your total night (or 100% of your stay) will be required to guarantee a reservation. The deposit will be charged at the time of reservation.

Cancellation Requirements:
If you are unable to honor your reservation, you must call and cancel prior to these deposit refund cancellation deadlines:

Cabin: 15 Days - To cancel your cabin reservation, notify Rancho Ojai fiftenn days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
Cabin: 20 Days - To cancel you cabin reservation when it is a Holiday or special event.
RV/Tent: 5 Days - To cancel your RV/tent reservation, notify Rancho Ojai by 4 p.m. 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Reservations made after deadlines will require a non-refundable deposit. No Exceptions.

Cancellation Charges:
A 25% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made prior to deadline. Cancellations after deadline will result in forfeiture of deposit.

What date do you plan to arrive?
How many days do you plan to stay?
What type of site (tent, RV or Camping Cabin) do you need?

For RV sites:

What type of hook-up do you need?
What type of unit do you drive/tow?
What is the length of your unit?

Other considerations:

Do you have any special requests?
What is your name (first and last)?
What is your address?
What is your phone number?
How many adults will be in your party?
How many children will be in your party?
What method of payment will you be using for your deposit?

Check-In Time - 1:00 p.m. Check-Out Time - 11:00 a.m.

Main Gate Hours - 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. For Registered Guests

Office & Registration Hours - 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Please be sure to arrive between these hours to register.

You must bring your own bedding and personal items.

Motorcycles are not allowed to be ridden inside the campground. We provide vehicle parking for motorcyclists.

Paint ball or beebee guns/rifles are not allowed on the premisis.
